Shipping policy
1. Where We Ship
EitanCo currently ships orders within the United States only.
Orders placed with a shipping address outside the U.S. will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Shipping Options
We offer three fulfillment options:

Nationwide Shipping (U.S. only)

Orders ship via major ground carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx or similar).

Available services, estimated delivery times, and prices are shown at checkout.

Any free or discounted shipping offers will be clearly marked on the product or at checkout.

Local Jobsite Delivery (Selected Areas Around Northridge, CA)

Available for contractors, painters, and trades in eligible zip codes.

If jobsite delivery is available for your address, it will appear at checkout or be arranged directly with you after your order.

Delivery fees depend on distance and order size and will be confirmed before you pay.

Delivery is typically curbside/driveway/loading-area only. We are not a moving crew.

Warehouse Pickup (Northridge, CA)

Pickup is available by arrangement at:

You will receive pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

If someone else is picking up, they must be clearly authorized by you.

3. Processing Times

Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier or scheduled for local delivery within 1–3 business daysafter payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods or for large orders, processing times may be slightly longer.
Processing time is separate from transit time or delivery windows.
4. Delivery Windows and Delays
Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout (for both carrier shipping and local jobsite delivery) are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carriers or third-party logistics

Weather or natural events
-
Holidays and peak seasons
-
Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Other factors outside our control
5. Risk of Loss and Damaged Shipments

For carrier shipments, risk of loss passes to you once we hand the package to the carrier.

For local jobsite deliveries, risk passes to you once the order is dropped off at the agreed location and confirmed (e.g., photo, signature, or driver confirmation).
If your shipment arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the outer box and contents.
-
Contact the carrier as soon as possible to open a claim.
-
Email us with your photos and claim information so we can review the situation and see how we can help.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or jobsite address.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may:

Reship the order to a corrected address at your expense, or
-
Refund the product cost only (minus original shipping and any carrier return fees) if the items are in resellable condition.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped or scheduled for delivery, we will do our best to correct it.
7. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a package is:

Refused at delivery,

Marked “return to sender,” or
-
A local jobsite delivery fails because no one is available and there is no safe drop location,
we may:

Refund the product cost only (less original shipping and any additional carrier or handling fees), or
-
Offer re-delivery or re-shipment at your expense.
All such cases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
